Jalapeño Honey Quark (8oz)
Low stock: 3 left
Our Jalapeño Honey Quark is made with honey harvested from our own on-farm apiary and blended with red and green jalapeños for a perfectly balanced sweet-heat experience.
Quark is a fresh, soft cheese with a luxuriously creamy, spoonable texture—lighter than cream cheese but richer than yogurt. Its clean, slightly tangy flavor creates the ideal canvas for bold additions, allowing the warmth of the jalapeños and the floral sweetness of the honey to shine without overwhelming the palate. The result is smooth, vibrant, and gently spicy, with just enough heat to keep you coming back for another bite.
Enjoy it spread on warm bread or crackers, dolloped onto grilled meats or roasted vegetables, or served alongside a cheese board for a surprising and addictive contrast.
