Aged for a minimum of 90 days, our mild farmstead cheddar is combined with Jalapeño and Habanero Peppers to add a peppery zest followed by a spark of heat. Melt over burgers or breakfast sandwiches for bold heat, shred into mac & cheese or chili to turn up the spice, or cube and pair with crackers and honey for a sweet-heat bite.

Shipping Info

We generally ship Monday - Wednesday of each week, with the goal of having your products delivered fresh in one to two days.  

Orders placed after noon eastern time on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. 

Our Shipping Philosophy

We charge a close to actual shipping costs as possible for your order. 

Given the nature of cheese (it should generally be refrigerated),  we incur additional costs to get the product to you safely.  In addition to the actual shipping costs, we add a small fee to cover insulated shipping, packaging, and ice packs.    These fees will fluctuate  depending on the season.
